MTD Executive Board Member Warren Fairley is the new President of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers (IBB).
Until recently, Brother Fairley had served as the union’s International Vice President, Southeast.
In the announcement posted on the IBB website, Fairley stated he considers the new position “a tremendous honor and privilege.” He also pledged that the union will “organize and redirect our efforts to organize.”
The IBB has been affiliated with the MTD since 1957.
