Delegates and guests to the July Chicago PMC meeting gather before lunch.
No bridges were required and no bank shots were needed when the Chicago and Western Lakes Port Council held its summer meeting at the Illinois Billiard Club in the suburb of Willow Springs on July 19.
The club was a location site for the Martin Scorsese film “The Color of Money” as well as several other movies (including Netflix’s “Night Sky”). Council members and guests toured the facility prior to the lunch meeting in the dining room next door.

MC official Marta Perales (seated), Pres Robert Howard (center) and Sec-Treas Bryan Powell review the council’s finances.
About 30 people attended the lunch meeting, which included greetings from MTD Executive Secretary-Treasurer Daniel Duncan and Administrator Mark Clements.
